Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery & Project Management: Lead the full implementation lifecycle-from initiation through deployment and support transition-managing timelines, milestones, governance, scope, and SOW alignment.
  • Adoption & Strategic Communication: Define success metrics to drive customer adoption, support change management, and deliver clear status reporting and value realization to executives.

  • The Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) bridges the gap between clients, engineering, product, and customer success teams to lead the implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software delivery lifecycles (SDLC), and technical implementation best practices.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Customer Success: Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects on time and building relationships across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
