About the role
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of Underground Crews performing Installation, Maintenance and Inspection projects.
- Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications.
- This position is responsible for assisting craft supervision to coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Support estimating effort through bid reviews and constructability reviews, including review of activity productions, crew makeup, equipment selection and cost analysis.
- Understand how to forecast, generate, and manage a schedule. Provide a project look ahead schedule to ensure manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and all resources are scheduled appropriately.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in the construction of industrial projects.
- Experience managing projects and leading crews of up to 12 or more personals
- The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements relevant to this discipline.
