Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through production and launch.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
- Organize, lead, and document technical meetings, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountability.
- Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates using tools such as Smartsheet and related program management platforms.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to maintain schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Support product development processes including prototype builds, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in high-tech industries such as telecommunications, data networking, energy, electronics, or related sectors.
- Minimum 5 years of Engineering Program Management experience leading complex hardware and/or embedded systems programs.
- Proven experience managing full product lifecycle development from concept to production.
- Strong expertise with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers in product development and manufacturing environments.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.

- Experience working in startup environments or fast-growing companies.
- Experience with hardware systems, embedded systems, power electronics, networking products, or complex electromechanical systems.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management training is a plus.
