About the role

Summary of Role: GlobalFoundries Fab 9 (Essex Jct., VT) is seeking a Maintenance Shift Manager (MSM).
This is a 12-hour night position on the N2 shift (Wednesday - Friday, every other Saturday).
Expected Salary Range $69,000.00 - $120,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.

Daily management of technical resources to maintain equipment used in a semiconductor manufacturing line.
Drive overall equipment stability to meet critical KPI's (net MT, stability, M-ratio).
Organize and drive training to address skills deficiencies on the team. Improve overall cross training of equipment technicians in the department.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians and management on understanding and implementing best practices.
This manager will manage & lead the CMP, CVD Novellus and CVD AME Module Maintenance Technicians along with Process Technicians.

Bachelor's Degree in a technical / STEM field
6+ years of experience in semiconductor fabricator.
Skills - Technical skills/background within the semiconductor fabricator or similar fabricator for minimum ten years.
Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter
the ability to navigate ambiguity.
$69,000.00 - $120,000.00
