- This program is a structured, two-year program built to launch your career in agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Operational Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, optimizing the flow of seeds across the value chain
- Inventory Allocation and Optimization: Manage seed inventories to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet global demand
- Commercial Supply Planning: Support forecasting and strategic planning to ensure seamless product availability for Corteva's commercial teams
- Build toward future leadership roles within Corteva's Seed Production Supply Chain
- From day one, you'll take on projects with real business impact across the full supply chain - from planning to distribution - while building the technical and leadership skills that prepare you for what comes next in your career.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field, with a broad interest in the agriculture industry
- Internship or work experience in agriculture or supply chain preferred
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Experience leading and influencing teams and projects
- Knowledge of production agriculture and supply chain science
- Supervisory and team leadership experience
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Gain exposure across multiple product lines - corn, soybeans, canola, cotton, and wheat - for a holistic view of seed operations

Compensation
- Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays
