  • This program is a structured, two-year program built to launch your career in agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Operational Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, optimizing the flow of seeds across the value chain
  • Inventory Allocation and Optimization: Manage seed inventories to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet global demand
  • Commercial Supply Planning: Support forecasting and strategic planning to ensure seamless product availability for Corteva's commercial teams
  • Build toward future leadership roles within Corteva's Seed Production Supply Chain
  • From day one, you'll take on projects with real business impact across the full supply chain - from planning to distribution - while building the technical and leadership skills that prepare you for what comes next in your career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field, with a broad interest in the agriculture industry
  • Internship or work experience in agriculture or supply chain preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Experience leading and influencing teams and projects
  • Knowledge of production agriculture and supply chain science
  • Supervisory and team leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Gain exposure across multiple product lines - corn, soybeans, canola, cotton, and wheat - for a holistic view of seed operations
  • Receive high-touch mentorship from leaders invested in your development

Compensation

  • Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays
