About the role
- Job Description: There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Construction team in Vancouver as a Concrete Pump Operator.
- Know the pump well enough to recognize problems and report them. - Customer relations: Represent the Company through efficient work and courteous service. - Keep unit clean: Keep the pump and truck washed and free of concrete and grease.
- Keep system free of concrete. - Yard: Return system after use to appropriate location in yard.
Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible to safely drive and operate brand new concrete pump and placing boom equipment, while ensuring that all safety measures and precautions are taken into account.
- This role may involve the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, analysis, content development, design, reporting, or operational efficiency.
- Employees are also expected to disclose when AI tools have been used in the creation of work and must not present AI-generated content as solely their own original work.

- Drive the pump in a safe and conscientious manner to the job site and back to the yard.
- Knowledge of the concrete industry - understanding concrete and mix designs
Requirements
- Some maintenance is required.
- Perform a variety of tasks and operate other equipment as needed or required when not pumping concrete.
- Minimum of 3-5 years working in construction as a concrete pump operator
- Must have valid and clean class 1 drivers' license or class 3 drivers' license with air endorsement
- Willingness to work over-time as required
- All AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed for accuracy, quality, and appropriateness before use.
- Light repair of pumps: Some maintenance is required.
