About the role
- As Engineering Manager for the Editor team, you'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management.

Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team delivering on ambitious roadmap goals
- Partner closely with PM, design, and AI teams on technical feasibility, architecture decisions, and prioritization
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience at fast-moving companies, with at least 2 years managing and developing high-performing engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with AI product integration, LLM interactions, or generative UI (Nice to have)
Compensation
- The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $250K - $350K plus benefits & equity.
