About the role
- Class A CDL drivers within 90 miles of Raleigh, NC are invited to apply for our OTR fleet.
- Drivers can choose between a traditional solo driving position or pursue our Driver Mentor program for additional earning opportunities.
- Experienced drivers can choose between solo driving OR becoming a mentor.
Responsibilities
- Experienced drivers who enjoy helping newer CDL holders develop their skills can choose to participate in our OTR Mentor program.
- Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at $0.35 CPM while completing training and building their first three months of experience.
Requirements
- Mentors work one-on-one with student drivers during their required OTR training and receive additional compensation for taking on the training role.
- New drivers receive training followed by OTR experience with an experienced Driver Mentor.
- Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Must live within 90 miles of Raleigh, NC Must be at least 21 years old Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements

Compensation
- After reaching three months of qualifying experience, drivers may transition to the applicable experienced solo pay range of $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on experience and applicable qualifications.
