About the role

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial security and integrity of our payment processes.
This role is vital in protecting our company's operations and strengthening customer trust.
Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Aristocrat has three operating business units, spanning regulated land-based gaming (Aristocrat Gaming), social casino (Product Madness) and regulated online real money (Aristocrat Interactive).

Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
Monitor and report on all processed documents
build activity and incident reports.
Document and communicate key risk factors affecting online payments.

By identifying and mitigating risks related to financial transactions, you will help maintain our world-class standards in regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.

1-2 years experience in data entry, data analysis, or data processing.
Familiarity with fraud detection tools, payment processing systems, and customer service software is beneficial.

Must be 21 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Associates degree preferred.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications is a plus.

$18.00 - $27.95 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
