About the role
- This is a hands-on role with real ownership, reporting directly to the co-founder and CPRO.
- You will sit at the intersection of applied AI, enterprise software, and the messy reality of how manufacturers actually work.
- You'll spend time with technicians on the floor and engineers in the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Proven track record of customer obsession, making product decisions from real customer contact rather than assumptions, even when building deeply technical systems
- Experience building for industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, field service, or dealer and distributor network contexts
- Demonstrated ability to go deep on hard technical problems, holding your own with engineers and unintimidated by retrieval systems, model behavior, or domain complexity
- Strong communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of an organization
- You'll be trusted to lead.
Requirements
- the hard-won knowledge of how complex products are engineered, configured, sold, and supported.
- That expertise is scarce, slow to transfer, and walking out the door as a generation of experts retires.
- 7+ years in B2B product management, including time owning a technically complex or AI-powered product that you shipped and iterated on at scale.
- You know the distance between a compelling demo and a product that holds up in production
