About the role

  • This position is part of a progression with increasing levels of responsibility, competency, and skill.
  • The title and pay grade of the position will be determined by the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Implements HR strategies that are aligned with business needs through influence and change management. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with client groups to drive business results
  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to develop strategies to respond to changing needs.
  • Promotes and fosters inclusion and opportunity in the workplace to support a high performing culture.
  • Researches, documents and presents special projects as assigned. Assimilates information and recommends company action based on findings and available funding.
  • Implements HR strategies that are aligned with business needs through influence and change management. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with client groups to drive business results; serves as a key member of business unit leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors (Required)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, or related field highly preferred.
  • Masters in HR strongly preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related HR Business Partner experience required.
  • Experience in a role supporting senior leadership is preferred.
  • Proficient working in a large HRIS is preferred. (ex.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
