About the role

  • This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently.
  • This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner.
  • This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
  • Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillmentenvironments
  • Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for dailyresponsibilities
  • Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
  • Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment

Compensation

  • $20-22 per hour
