About the role
- This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently.
- This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillmentenvironments
- Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for dailyresponsibilities
- Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
- Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment
Compensation
- $20-22 per hour
