- Leader in the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team provides direction, guidance and instruction for a team of Systems Engineers and Administrators.
- We are looking for a strong leader to guide the team in building and maintaining both production and non-production environments critical to our business.
- This role will ensure that the team delivers world class client service while supporting Puppet, Terraform, Kubernetes, Certificates, Task Automation, server provisioning, and more.
- WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING · Supervise day-to-day operations of the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team.
- Ensure that the workload is distributed evenly and that service goals are achieved. · Lead by setting a good example - behavior consistent with words.
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort · Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement amongst the team.
