Responsibilities
- Much of our direct hire opportunities will be located in the Mid-Atlantic states (NY, NJ, PA, MD); positions in new geographic regions will require business development lead generation by the fellows with implementation and marketing/sales support from mcfa.
Requirements
- If you have experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry - amazing.
- If you have no experience in the AEC industry, then you are equally as qualified to join our program as a SkillBridge fellow.
- We can train all the technical skills required to be successful in this industry, but we hire for nontechnical skills, character, leadership attributes and future potential.
