We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Merchandising Team.

Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and conduct periodic access reviews to support a least-privilege security model.
Deploy, enrol, and support Windows 11 and macOS endpoints in line with approved security and configuration standards.
Produce and maintain standard build documentation for Windows and macOS devices, aligned to approved hardening standards.
Support SaaS licence compliance by monitoring usage, reclaiming unused licences, and informing renewal decisions.
Log, classify, prioritise, and manage IT incidents and service requests within the ITSM platform in accordance with ITIL best practice.
Provide first-line and second-line support in line with agreed service levels.
Support the full lifecycle management of workplace technology, including: Video conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Manage third-party supplier relationships by obtaining quotations, monitoring SLA performance, and escalating service issues where appropriate.
Deliver end-user training for new and existing systems.
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to support service improvement and future incident resolution.

ITIL 4 Foundation certification, or a working knowledge of ITIL practices.
Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, Cyber Essentials, or ISO 27001 control frameworks.
Familiarity with SD-WAN, ZTNA, Zscaler, or cloud networking concepts.
Experience gained within a retail, warehouse, or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Level 3, A-level, or equivalent work experience in an IT-related discipline.

Participate in the on-call rota, as required.

Maintain current antivirus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) coverage across the estate and support the consistent deployment of related security tooling.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle for employees, contractors, and third parties, including account provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across identity platforms and integrated SaaS services.
Administer user identities and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) controls.
