Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement.
- Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation.
- Support Product and Marketing teams in designing high-performing customer journeys, focusing on the cadence and sequence of interactions that maximize LTV
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to track real-time performance, attribution, and CPA
- Use predictive insights to lead budgeting, forecasting, and "what-if" scenario planning for quarterly growth targets.
- Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, incrementality, and experimental design.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative (STEM) field with 5+ years of analytics experience (or a Master's with 3+ years).
- Specific experience in Fintech or Financial Services is highly preferred.
- Mastery of SQL and Advanced Excel is required.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and a "clean data" mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into a compelling business case for senior leadership.
