Responsibilities
- Job Overview Drive sales and margin through the development and implementation of strategic sales and merchandise execution plans.
- Define, influence and lead strategies as the primary advocate of the FOB between Central, Region, Division and Stores.
- Lead and Develop Merchandise Coordinator talent in partnership with Store Managers/DVPs ensuring they are knowledgeable and strategic business partners maximizing their potential.
