- JOB POSITION: Sushi Chef: $70k - $80k per year Key Responsibilities: Prepare sushi items such as nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls to order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station and follow all food safety regulations.
- Create visually appealing plates and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Building on our successful online e-commerce business, this venture marks our first foray into experiential shopping.
Requirements
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper fish handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Compensation
- $70k - $80k per year
