Requirements
- Strong academic background with an attained Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Minimum GPA of 3.5)
Nice to have
- internships or roles demonstrating client engagement or problem-solving a plus.
- 6-18 months of professional experience
- Fluent in English

Compensation
- 401K plan with guaranteed 3% company contribution
- Monthly commuting and mobile phone stipends
- $85,000-$115,000 on average for high-performing associates.
- Consisting of $65,000 base salary + uncapped monthly bonus
