Create MEP outline specifications, MEP bid forms, review of MEP drawings and partake in project kick-off meetings with our Real Estate Development and Construction departments to determine the MEP related project scope.
Manage project requests for information (RFI's) and the transmittal of RFI's, clarifications and addenda to the MEP subcontractors.
Prepare detailed budget and tender analysis documents, to be presented at project closing meetings.
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going estimates effectively and simultaneously.
Maintain our in-house MEP Database up to date with estimates, quotations and subcontractor information.
You will be trained to become an MEP Estimator and will work primarily on commercial and industrial design-build projects (new construction and renovations) in collaboration with our Real Estate Development and Construction teams.
In this role you will learn the process of managing the MEP estimation component of various project types (internal estimates, design-build, hard tenders, etc.) with the guidance of our Senior MEP Management team.

Successful completion of a mechanical and/or electrical engineering bachelor's degree.
Diplôme universitaire complété en génie mécanique et/ou électrique.
De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la construction et/ou de l'estimation.
Grande attention aux détails et excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et en communication.
Compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel).
Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit afin de collaborer avec des collègues et des clients à l'extérieur du Québec
