About the role

  • POET is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Trade Fulfillment Supervisor with a genuine passion for people and operational excellence.
  • This is an on-site role located in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource and coordination point. Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring smooth operations and helping staff navigate questions, obstacles, and decision points.
  • Identify, lead, and support process improvements. Drive initiatives that enhance systems and workflows, collaborating across teams while empowering staff to contribute ideas and take ownership of improvements.
  • They will ensure the accurate and timely execution of trades and transactions, uphold rigorous financial controls, and maintain balanced exchange and trade positions across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Maintain a strong understanding of required financial controls and regulatory obligations, ensuring they are consistently applied throughout the order execution process.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, mentoring, coaching and developing teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in the area of accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years working in an accounting or finance role
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Sense of urgency which drives results
  • Leadership traits - ability to effectively interact with individuals and help them promote personal growth and team goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
