About the role

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations, this leader will oversee both Recruiting and People Operations across the organization.
Recruiting is the most immediate area of focus.
A growing People team spanning Recruiting and People Operations

Build and execute a recruiting strategy that supports significant organizational growth while maintaining talent density.
Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
Build scalable systems and processes that support a globally distributed workforce.
Partner closely with Finance on compensation, headcount planning, and organizational investments.
Help maintain and strengthen RevenueCat's culture as the company scales.
Build a recruiting function that serves as a competitive advantage for RevenueCat.
Strengthen the people infrastructure needed to support continued growth.

Experience in talent-dense organizations known for exceptional hiring standards.
Experience within developer tools, infrastructure software, SaaS, fintech, or adjacent technology sectors.
Experience in operations, business operations, or other highly cross-functional leadership environments.
Experience supporting distributed or global organizations.
Experience building AI-enabled recruiting or people workflows.
Experience across both recruiting and people operations functions.
