About the role

  • The Associate will interact with our clients, and other domestic and international insurers in this space and in relation to other latent type insurance claims.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 matters
  • Review and analyze documents and materials for production

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and organized and possesses superior writing skills.
  • Take depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
  • The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000.
