Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering client questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business-including, but not limited to, Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management-fully embracing and utilizing 360 View to document referrals and other client activity.
Builds client relationships through outbound engagement and proactive measures.
Performs Teller duties as needed, conducting a variety of financial transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, processing loan payments, and accurately counting currency and coin.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The Community & Business Banker delivers personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintains working knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Possesses working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft software programs, and strong 10‑key skills.
Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Able to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Able to compute rates and percentages and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Able to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
Able to solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Demonstrates timely completion of work and adjusts to workload demands to meet expected deadlines.
