About the role
- Expand ATC's presence within utility, industrial, energy, and critical infrastructure markets.
- Achieve revenue growth objectives through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on utilities, EPC, and critical infrastructure markets across North America.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders throughout the utilities and infrastructure ecosystem.
- Engage with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and executive leadership teams to identify opportunities and support long-term business growth.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with ATC's engineering and operations teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Maintain business development activities, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Advanced Thermal Corporation (ATC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Brock Group, designs and manufactures engineered removable insulation systems for critical industrial applications.
- ATC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Utilities, EPC & Critical Infrastructure to drive strategic growth across North America.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business through strategic relationship-building and consultative selling.
- Proven success identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities with industrial and commercial customers.
Requirements
- Proven business development or strategic sales success within the utilities, EPC, industrial infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of utility, industrial, and infrastructure markets, including how complex projects are developed and executed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary, uncapped incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits package.
