About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain discipline through enforcement of company policies and regulations.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Identify, improve, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, process capability, and product quality using Daimler TOS and Bosch BPS methodologies.
- Perform periodic process capability studies on key-value stream operations.
- Ability to read and create electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
- Develop labor utilization standards, cost analysis systems, and capacities for value stream(s) of responsibility.
- Develop advanced remanufacturing techniques and processes to maximize material recovery and associated testing for validation of product/process.
Requirements
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Thorough knowledge of lean and six sigma principles and ability to quickly identify waste in manufacturing processes.
- 2 years of experience in an manufacturing environment
Skills
- Sound engineering skills with emphasis on product/part flow, ergonomics, safety, and error-proofing principles.
Compensation
- P,osition offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USD
