- The User team is responsible for supporting Authentication & Authorization within the SurveyMonkey product, as well as providing backend services for managing user accounts and teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend application development
- Experience with Python and web frameworks like Fast API, Flask, Pyramid
- Experience with developing and maintaining SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Strong interest in AI and experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate your work a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases, experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch a plus
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Terraform a plus
- Experience with messaging and streaming frameworks like Kafka, Apache Spark, etc. a plus
Compensation
- The base pay provided for this position ranges from CAD $103,200/ year - $129,00/ year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
