Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives.
- Lead all program phases from inception through completion, including customer interface and requirements alignment.
- Drive productivity improvements that lead to quantifiable cost savings and enhanced operational performance.
- Influence and lead change across a matrixed organization, building consensus and accelerating adoption of new technologies.
- Develop and maintain program plans, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences that support leadership visibility and decision making.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

- The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in manufacturing environments, enthusiasm for advancing Collins' Operations capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both vertically and horizontally across a large organization.
- Background in manufacturing support within a high‑mix factory environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and leading cross‑functional decision forums.
- Proven capability to take initiative, provide direction, and drive operations to completion.
- Experience leading challenging programs, navigating adversity, and driving alignment in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed enterprise

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
