Responsibilities
- Supervise department leaders (Financial Aid, Bursar, Career Services) and provide key support across all operational areas.
- Track attendance, support payroll processing, and ensure timely data/report submissions.
- Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Compliance teams on staffing, communication, and outreach projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 2+ years of office management or admissions experience, including at least 1 year in a proprietary school setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and student populations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organizational wizardry, multitasking mastery, and a strong sense of initiative
- Business-savvy mindset with a passion for education and student success
- A confident communicator and calm, creative problem-solver
