About the role
- We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and get hands-on experience across the full breadth of marketing at a growing EV company.
- You'll work across social media, community engagement, events, and ambassador programs, contributing to real campaigns with real impact.
- This is a generalist role, which means you'll touch a bit of everything and learn fast.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Draft captions, source visuals, and collaborate on short-form video concepts
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows, demo days, launch events, and community rides
- Represent Taiga on the ground and build relationships with attendees, dealers, and partners
- Maintain ambassador communications, content calendars, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate product seeding and ensure ambassadors have what they need to create content
- Research andidentify potential partners (brands, media, non-profits, creators, organizations) aligned with Taiga's audiences
- Support partnership outreach, negotiations, and agreement tracking
- Maintain partnership communications and performance reporting

Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Nice to have

- Planifier, créer et programmer du contenu sur Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok et YouTube
- Rédiger des captions, trouver des visuels et collaborer sur des concepts de vidéos courtes
- Surveiller les canaux, interagir avec la communauté dans la voix de Taiga et répondre aux questions entrantes
- Suivre les subreddits pertinents (motoneige, sports motorisés, VÉ, nautisme, plein air) et participer aux conversations de façon authentique
- Identifier les tendances et le sentiment de la communauté afin d'orienter les messages
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et identifier ce qui fonctionne (et ce qui fonctionne moins bien)
