Operate, maintain, and calibrate the laboratory instruments and quality equipment
Perform relevant food safety and quality tasks

Working knowledge of microbiology and chemistry
Working knowledge of food safety
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and results driven environment
Follow all safety and food safety rules, and wear required PPE.
Ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, overtime, and/or statutory holidays as required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Conduct tests, and analyses as required (microbiological, chemical, physical)
Conduct packaged product testing as required
Prepare sensory daily line up or comparative testing as required
Other duties as required
