About the role
- The Business Analyst plays a key role in McKesson's AI Workflow Transformation Pods, working directly with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify, analyze, and redesign high value workflows.
- The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to measurable business outcomes and enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities
- Document current state workflows, pain points, decision points, handoffs, and dependencies.
- Future State Design
- Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows leveraging AI, Copilot, automation, and process improvements.
- Partner with Product Owners and solution teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Maintain documentation throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, SMEs, and cross functional teams.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Support development of business cases and ROI estimates.
- Partner with reporting and analytics teams to measure results and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
