Responsibilities

  • The Technical Writer plays a key role in supporting quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across diverse systems, platforms, and support environments.
  • Developing, revising, and formatting technical publications related to system operation, maintenance, installation, and lifecycle support.
  • Maintaining documentation records, version control, and revision histories to support quality assurance and government oversight.
  • Ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory, operational, and lifecycle support standards.
  • This role directly supports the mission by ensuring personnel have accurate, accessible, and mission‑ready documentation across multiple platforms, facilities, and operational environments.
  • Skill in selecting and integrating visual elements (diagrams, charts, sketches, photos) to support written content.
