About the role
- The analyst will participate in all phases of managing CRM instance, and will be responsible for supporting the CRM systems.
- Keep up with new trends in CRM technologies to improve the technical efficiency of existing customizations or to provide technical solutions to challenging problems/situations.
- Provide training and assist business to expand the usage of CRM across the business unit.
Nice to have
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related area and 3 5 years
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ASP,.NET, SQL Server, C# required
- Conceptual understanding of key areas of CRM preferred
