Responsibilities
- include: (i) assisting the deal team in the due diligence process for new cash flow transactions, inclusive of both financial and qualitative due diligence, (ii) preparing pre-screen memos and credit approval documents for presentation to credit committee, (iii) preparing financial models, (iv) assisting in the closing process on new transactions, and (v) management and ongoing monitoring of portfolio accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in leveraged finance at a commercial bank, investment bank or finance company with strong commercial credit experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial statement modeling.
- Experience underwriting middle market cash flow transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
Nice to have
- Graduate of a formalized credit training program is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,00.00.
