  • Appraisers begin with a 90-day period to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards.
  • In select markets, high-performing appraisers may be considered for limited salaried staff appraiser roles following this period.

  • Advanced Technology - Gain access to ECHO, our proprietary EMS, designed to streamline your workflow.
  • QC & Support - A structured quality control process to help maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Our goal is to build a strong team of valuation professionals who will help shape the future of the company.
  • We also invest in marketing, proprietary technology, and operational support to create more opportunities and streamline workflows.
  • Our structured quality control process and technology-driven efficiencies help maintain accuracy and consistency, allowing appraisers to do what they do best.

Compensation

  • $60k-$100k
