About the role
- Provide guidance and training to UMMC staff on safety protocols and the correct use of safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Establishes, maintains, and enforces policies and procedures related to general safety areas, including biological, chemical, fire, and radiation safety.
- Develops and manages the implementation of effective employee safety training programs.

- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
