- The Ticket to Work program helps Social Security disability beneficiaries prepare for, find, and keep employment.
- You'll handle inquiries by phone, email, and mail, update records, and process routine requests with accuracy and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Every call is someone trying to build a path back to work without losing the safety net underneath them.
- As a Beneficiary Support Specialist, you're the front line - the person beneficiaries and service providers reach when they have questions about the program.
Compensation
- Starting at $17.00 per hour.
