About the role
- The group is responsible for investor services and acts as the liaison between clients and senior management.
- The department is also responsible for investor onboarding and is the primary point of contact for investor reporting and ongoing account maintenance.
- The Junior Analyst will join the Firm's Investor Communications ("IC") Department which serves as a key point of contact to the Firm's investor base.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel
- Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
Nice to have
- Previous financial services work experience or internship experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus

Compensation
- For Illinois Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $60,000 - $80,000.
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
- If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
- It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $60,000 - $80,000.
