Responsibilities
- Support, create, and administer employee recognition initiatives.
- Support meetings (schedule invites, distribute minutes, etc.
- Provide support to fabrication department as needed (e.g. occasionally fabricate devices)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Team player that supports the common goals of the team to meet all processing service level agreements.
Requirements
- Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment (organize, multi-task & prioritize, while keeping a focus on short- and long-term objectives)
- Ability to organize complex events, coordinating many factors for successful execution.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
