About the role

This role provides finance leadership and business partnership across commercial and marketing functions as well as two strategic business segments (SBS).
This position offers broad exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work across strategic, operational, and analytical finance activities in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
Success requires intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, business judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

The role is intentionally designed to combine operational FP&A leadership with strategic finance partnership and analytical problem solving.

The individual will partner closely with senior commercial and product management leadership to drive growth-focused analytics, improve investment decision making, and provide actionable financial insights that influence business strategy and execution.
In addition, the role will oversee critical business unit planning and forecasting processes and help elevate finance support capabilities across the organization.
