Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to the office's landlord and building management team
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for a growing office, including workspace preparation, access coordination, and orientation logistics.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational best practices to support a seamless employee experience.
- Plan and execute office events and culture-building initiatives that foster collaboration and engagement, including assisting with local internal offsite events including creating content, liaising with vendors, negotiating contracts, and swag development.
- Manage and oversee the work of the cleaning company and Day Porter.
- Oversee pantry and supply management and maintain under budget.
- Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for members of the senior leadership team.
- Help prioritize and manage incoming requests and competing demands.
Nice to have
- Management of the functionality of spaces within the office including managing conference room scheduling, bookings, catering, and any shared communal space utilization.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel, internal meetings, and team events.
- Expense management and time submissions for senior leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or operations roles (experience supporting C-suite leaders strongly preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
