Top 5 Ways You'll Make an Impact Support multiple accounting functions by rotating through Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets while ensuring continuity across the department.
Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, customer payments, journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with project teams by supporting job costing, customer billing, project accounting, WIP reporting, and cost tracking to help drive successful project outcomes.
Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, collaborating across departments, and providing dependable support wherever it's needed most.

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of accounting experience with exposure to multiple accounting functions.
Construction or mechanical contracting industry experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of GAAP and construction accounting principles, including job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
The ability to quickly learn new accounting systems and adapt to changing business processes.
