Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and scheduling staff across multiple, simultaneous efforts
- Manage large scale projects as a Prime within the Government space that involves over 90+ staff and multiple sub-contractors
- Develop new business within the existing program
- Manage shared resources, budgets, time estimates and scheduling
- Perform project quality reviews
- Ensures that program execution properly meets the requirements of the contract and develops policies and procedures to adjust program activities for customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver proposals in response to US Government Task Orders
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible IT professional management experience in DoD environments.
- Demonstrable experience in writing business/project plans, technical documents, presentations and proposals required.
- Individual must have high degree of skills with the MS Office toolsets.
- DoD Secret with the ability to get a Top Secret clearance
- DoD Secret (w/ability to get TS)
- Security Clearance DoD Secret with the ability to get a Top Secret clearance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field is preferred.
