  • Description
  • Lead the Rushville Manufacturing Launch of our new to-the-world Oil Free Centrifugal product platform. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager you will work closely with Copeland enterprise teams to accelerate and successfully introduce this program. Your focus will be on manufacturing and collaboration with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality and Execution related colleagues such that we deliver a prepared and capable team to take ownership for all process and product related activities for the OFC ramp-up. Ensure a strong focus on customer experience, delivery assurance, establishing robust supply networks, business and manufacturing process optimization, operational flexibility and protecting expected lead times. Foundational understanding of Best-in-Class Manufacturing strategies, Critical to Quality Process Development, Copeland Business System, Program Management, Enterprise Optimization, New Product Development, and Kaizen will be helpful in the role.
