About the role
- Overview The successful candidate must provide technical assistance and overall direction to a team of 4-8 manufacturing technicians.
- Effective communication, leadership, creating a positive team environment with employees and peers is key to success for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and train crew of electrically and mechanically trained personnel.
Requirements
- Shift work and overtime may be required.
- Proficiency and strong understanding of EBOS and EVMS.
- Possess knowledge of Planning, Construction, and Testing activities.
- Ability to plan and prepare mock-ups for improved performance and identifying roadblocks.
- The position of Operations Supervisor provides a platform to gain knowledge of various manufacturing environments and their relationships with other parts of Electric Boats' business.

- High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of experience in an mechanical / trades / construction / maintenance or manufacturing environment
