The base salary for this role is: $23.50/hr.

Put components together to build finished products, requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow blueprints/instructions in a fast-paced setting.
Accurate & Consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes, Gloves, Uniform others as required by the specific process) Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader / Team Manager and execute production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints as a base.
Review & suggest any improvements for the Standard Operating Procedures.
Constantly look for the cross-training opportunities within different manufacturing processes & better ways to add value.
Use the downtime efficiently to learn the new processes & run improvements from the status board activities.
