About the role
- The Service Manager for Maintenance Services oversees the execution of maintenance projects within their assigned area.
- This role involves managing personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely reporting.
- 5-7 years in construction, equipment maintenance, project management, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Technical Acumen o Estimate and prepare proposals for all projects within the assigned area. o Provide technical expertise and support to the Sales team.
- Project Execution o Lead issue resolution at the project level. o Work with the Area Planner/Scheduler to ensure adequate staffing, tooling, and equipment for all assigned jobs.
- Collaboration o Maintain flexibility in work schedules, which may vary from week to week. o Be willing to travel on weekends to support client activities.
