About the role
- Job Description AltaGas - Shift Supervisor, Terminal Operations (RIPET) You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting on shift Operations responsibilities.
- Reporting to the Superintendent, Terminal Operations, you will be directly leading the shift team in the Terminal Operations and Vessel loading activities.
- The primary focus is to ensure all work is performed in alignment with the Altagas core values of safety, collaboration, integrity, inclusion, and learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead team development of equipment lock-out/tag out and ensure equipment is properly isolated and for maintenance activities.
- Develop, implement, and execute operation procedures and support the development of Operational plans with the Operations Coordinator.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 2 years' operating in control room operations with preference with Delta V but experience on another operating system will be accepted. required
- Proficiency in use of windows-based applications.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- As part of the management team will have a strong understanding, participate, and support the union/collective agreement.
- Support MOC and Project development and execution as required.
Compensation
- This position offers a base salary range of $134,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.
