Responsibilities
- Lead emergency response planning and drills.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as primary liaison with government officials, legal representatives, and community partners.
Requirements
- H old an accredited bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, or significant military or corrections experience of a minimum of 15 years.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred
- Certified Correctional Executive (CCE)
- FEMA ICS/NIMS training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- ACA or NCCHC accreditation experience
- Detention center experience
- Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher
- has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
Compensation
- Must be available and accessible by mobile phone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
